Yakov Kreizberg: Burial

Maestro Kreizberg will be given an honorary burial from the city of Vienna
and be laid to rest in the section for honored Austria citizens.

October 8th, 2011, 1pm
in Vienna Zentralfriedhof, section WZ 40-179

Open to the general public.

The honorary funeral will take place at the Vienna Central cemetary at Gate 2, in Hall 2. The address of the cemetery is Simmeringer Hauptstrasse 234-240 Vienna 1110.

The date is October 8th, 2011 at 1pm. The hall will open at 11:30 for signing the book of condolences and gathering together. The funeral will begin at 1pm. There will be special musical performances and speeches in Yakov's memory. After the funeral we will walk to the grave, about a 15 minute walk through one of the worlds most beautiful cemeteries. Then we will lay his urn to rest.
